I know, I know........a urinal????

I know the gals won't understand this, but if a gentleman was using this particular fixture, the poor dude in the stall could not get out without spooning the guy at the urinal.

Having to always design around accessibility requirements, I always take note of layouts like this.  Who in the world drew this one up?
