Yes, this is typically what it looks like when I leave the office, except the rain!
 I know the gals won't understand this, but if a gentleman was using this particular fixture, the poor dude in the stall could not get out without spooning the guy at the urinal.
Having to always design around accessibility requirements, I always take note of layouts like this. Who in the world drew this one up? I often get asked what did I learn in college in architecture? That's a simple answer - endurance.......
